The grounds are kept clean and beautiful. Neighbors are great! Unit is warm and comfy and in good shape. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful! My pup loves it here too. Beautiful location!

Sweet Seclusion

I love that this complex is off the beaten path. Before moving into this complex, I'd driven past the sign for 17 years and never noticed it. Until I began surfing the internet for an apartment, I did not realize this complex existed. I have lived here for a year and a half and love it. Other than neighboring residents, there's no traffic passing the complex. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The area around the pool is very large. There are patio tables set up in a section that's ...
convenient for a having a packed lunch without having to go all the way back to the apartment to eat and return back to the pool. So leave the towels on your lounge chairs, have your lunch, and go right back to sunning. There's also a pavilion attached to the complex office. Even this overlooks the pool. There's a sofa, table, chairs, fireplace... To the side and below is a conference/dinner table and chairs. The maintenance crew is very reliable and efficient. I can't say enough about this complex. I hope to live here for many years.

You get what you pay for

I've been living in these apartments since 2020 and i love this complex. Management and staff are very sweet and the maintence staff are quick with repairs. They keep up with the landscaping and they are quick with notifying us if and when they are cutting the water off or if there's a power outage they will send emails keeping you informed. Don't believe any of the negative reviews about this complex because those people must've been living somewhere else. The one and only negative thing i can ...
think about these apartments is that it's located off 280 which is very heavily trafficked. If you dont mind the traffic then these are the apartments for you.

Do not waste your money
April 12, 2021
Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. 3 years of trouble and money wasted. Flooded twice and they offered no help, to even clean up the water. We paid for pest control yet we had bugs everywhere. We paid $100 after moving out because the paint was chipped in the bath tub which it always was. Very poorly built and management has terrible customer service. Management changed constantly through the 3 years we were there. Just don’t move here.
