Beware of added fees!
September 10, 2018Hands down the worse complex and management company I have EVER dealt with! Every month there is a fee that I have to dispute and get taken off so read your statements carefully. Also there is always some sort of issue with the gate, trash compactor, and various other items on the property which are fairly handled with any urgency. There is usually a wonderfully attractive stack of trash outside of the compactors about every two weeks as well. I could keep going with the issues but I think you ...get the picture. Beautiful, convenient apartment complex
December 1, 2016Love the complex but the management staff and the policies after hours for tenant lock-out needs to be re-evaluated. At the rents that are charged here, any tenant, especially a female, after dark in the cold that is locked out should constitute an emergency. Charge for it maybe, but don't tell them it isn't an emergency.Review from Apartments.com
