I moved here from Tennessee for a new job three months ago, am single and in my 60s. Mostly younger residents but some middle aged and older as well. Very quiet here in Georgetown, the property is well manicured, maintenance is very responsive, management team of India, Sean, and Brionna are super, food trucks every Friday (Love the Little Red Taco Truck - YUM!), and for me quiet and friendly neighbors. I love the location. The Grove apartments are nestled behind a gated entrance with a grocery store and restraunts less than a mile away. It's a very quiet community with modern conveniences that complete my stay. When I am off from work, I enjoy staying home. My favorite part of the day is the 9pm rumbling of a quiet train a mile away. The office staff are always front and center if ever a need arises.

My experience at Georgetown Grove has been amazing! The ladies at the front office are always so nice and willing to help me any way that they can. The maintenance staff takes so much pride in helping us with whatever we need. We have nothing bad to say about this apartment complex and if we had to choose somewhere to live again, we?d choose Georgetown Grove.

Real nice neighborhood. The apartment is also very nice. But for tenants that have been staying here for more than an year should at least be able to get some type/form of a discount once of a year for that particular month. Also, wood floors would also be beneficial for the tenants that has pets

Very nice apartment complex in a good location (hit some traffic trying to get off on King George Blvd during rush hour but otherwise good location not too far from Richmond Hill or Downtown Savannah in either direction). Nice quiet place with a lot of families. You will hear (and feel) the train if you're on the West side of the complex. Love the car wash station that also provides vacuum and air. Friendly staff all the way from office managers to maintenance workers. Work orders were always ...
completed in timely manner. My only complaint is how much the rent increases each year; I know this is expected at all apartment complexes, but it still sucks. Overall, very happy living here!

My best friend got accepted to the college she always wanted to go to. We lived in Florida at the time so we couldn't really come and see apartments in Georgia whenever we wanted.
