Poor maintenance, lack of accountability.
May 1, 2025Once you are lured in the staff no longer care about maintenance issues or the condition of your apartment.. My unit was not given a deep clean and the office staff does care nor corporate. The company seems to lack integrity. Worst company from which i have ever rented. Future renters BEWARE:
August 25, 2024My unit in particular is nothing like the model. I have digusting looking granite tops in kitchen and bathrooms, among other things. No amount of decorating will enhance the appeaance.There should have been an upgrade before allowing someone to move in..Often times, mainteance request are ignored or multiple request have to be submitted before acrtion is taken. Promises have been made, that wasn't kept. Management dosen't seem to care. Unfortunately, I did not inspect the unit before signing ...the lease. BIG MISTAKE!Property Manager Responded

April 17, 2024I would never give a referral based on my experience. My unit is in bad condition and is constantly in need of maintenance service. A patch work type is approach is taken. “Luxury” is a misnomer and should be removed from its description.Property Manager Responded

Poor service
September 24, 2018Maintenance issues takes months to resolve. Told them about an animal trapped inside the wall they did nothing and let the animal die and stink up the apartments. Towed my car without warning and failed to provide information about service about where the car was being towed to.Review from Apartments.com
Great location/outdated units/poor management
December 19, 2017Since MAA took over the management and their policies have taken a turn for the worse. They are definitely all about nickeling and diming you in any way they can. I honestly think some of the office staff get off on pissing off residents. Great location, but management is well below par. Also the apartments are outdated inside. There have been a lot of new updated apartments built in the area. Post Glen is trying to charge the same price as them, but for an outdated product.Property Manager Responded

June 16, 2017PREDATORY: DO NOT LIVE HERE My move out experience has been disappointing. I learned that they were updating ALL of the counter tops and floors because I watched them measure for ALL of these things, but they still charged ME to replace the floors and LIED to me and said they were not. There is no way they were going to lease the apartment with brand new amenities and keep the current disgusting carpet that was supposedly replaced right before we moved in 2 years ago. The office manager didn't ...seem to care that my customer service experience was seriously lacking and in my opinion lied to my face regarding the floors. This whole experience has cost me more than $1,000. I have never been late and I am an extremely clean person. This place does not care about you, they just want to charge you for as many things as possible. DO NOT LIVE HERE. EXTREMELY PREDATORY
May 16, 2017PREDATORY: DO NOT LIVE HERE My move out experience has been disappointing. I learned the hard way that Georgia's rental agreements prey upon people who have never lived here before. But I was disappointed to know that Post Glen has a regular office practice of calling residents and reminding them that their lease terms are coming up and they they need to submit a letter. Every resident except me! The people I spoke with in the office were shocked I didn't receive a phone call or email regarding ...my lease. Even though it appears that this is a normal service that most residents receive and I didn't and I was kind of just forgotten, the office manager didn't seem to care that my customer service experience was seriously lacking. They just wanted me to pay and leave. Upon move out, the office REFUSED to do a walk out with me on the weekend. They only do walk-outs between 9am-4pm Mon-Fri. Clearly this benefits NOT ONE CONSUMER. They actually asked me to come during my lunch FROM DOWNTOWN. This whole experience has cost me more than $500. City Address / Suburban Feel
August 28, 2015This apartment is in the perfect location to great Brookhaven restaurants, Marta station and for an outdoor stroll. The grounds are immaculate and the staff incredibly helpful. Great for Brookhaven
August 18, 2015My roomates and I have enjoyed Post Glen because of its excellent location, great facilities, and affordable price point. The location is ideal for those who travel for work and want to be able to walk to MARTA to get to the airport easily. Have a park right outside of our back door allows us to play basketball and football whenever we have 30 minutes. Finally, being a $10 uber from any of the neighborhoods with bars we frequent (Buckhead/Highlands) is a huge bonus. The amenities are more ...than adequate for a starter apartment. He pool is a blast and gym is modern. Post Properties' trademark for consistently solid quality holds true at Glen. Good place to live
August 7, 2015I have lived in Post Glen for 2 years. 2x2 Bed 2x2 Bath and we have amazing space! The apartment is roommate style and we each have a big walk in closet and spacious bathroom. You can get a key fob to access bars, restaurants and a park next door. It is right across the street from Brookhaven Marta and a short walk to the farmer's market.
