March 25, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI moved in late December and I was probably the worst person ever I kept changing my mind on what apartment I wanted but I’m glad I did. I have now lived here a few months and I must say I love it. My apartment has had a few issues such as a water leak and dishwasher leak but all got repaired the same day or came back the following day to finish. Sheila does an amazing job as property manager and addresses concerns right away she insures the property stays in tip top shape, I always see her ...walking the property insuring stuff is addressed and fixed if something is off. And the leasing staff is by far the sweetest and kindest people around Abi and Brittany are the best. When ever stuff was brought to their attention they insured it was taken care of. And if I ever needed help they where always more than willing to help! So far I love it here and I would definitely recommend this apartment complex! February 14, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comDO NOT RENT HERE!! Management has NO concern for its tenants, facts, or what is right. They will tell you one thing and do another. They will LIE to you just so you get out of the office. Their computer system is awful. They charge fees even after you have submitted the items requested. The grounds are not maintained. Lights broken, giant holes, a fountain that’s hasn’t worked in years. You have to pay $40 for cable even if you don’t use it. There is trash always left out. Dogs always out without ...a leash. The pools are not maintained or sanitized probably. They will give you one day notice for some kind of “inspection” or “maintenance” they need to do in your apartment. They will tell you they sprayed for bug but never did, oh and YOU PAY for that monthly also. They will raise your rent even after they have done NO SORT OF UPGRADE. Several cars have had their widows broken. They allow broken down cars to sit for days in parking spots. The entry gates are BROKEN more then they are working. DO NOT RENT HERE, I would even pay more not to deal with the hassles. They only reason I have stayed is because they allow large breed dogs and make getting out of your lease extremely costly.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

October 20, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comLived here 1.5 years. It’s a wonderful location, near the highway, shopping centers and plenty of restaurants nearby. Pretty good quiet community, lots of dog owners. The only reason we still live here is the convenience of the location. Prices are not worth what you’re getting, they rushed and sold us the apartment that wasn’t even ready for move in, on move in day there was still stuff from the workers in apartment and things that needed to be fixed (which they told us would be ready prior to ...moving in). There is absolutely no extending rent due by one day. Unless you pay for assigned covered parking, good luck finding parking during evenings and weekends. However, the office wants to charge you for every little thing they can. They will not work with you and will add charges even if it against the lease. The women at the office are very unprofessional and was blaming me for mistakes they made upon signing the lease. They keep putting this one woman who is new and doesn’t know the job to speak to future residents giving wrong information. June 3, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI lived in Grand Courtyards for 3yrs with my child. The apt we lived in was old and in need of updates. The carpet was dirty and the wk I moved in I found roaches in the kitchen cabinets. At first the complex was quiet, the neighbors were respectable people and the elementary school was in walking distance. My car was broken into and when I reported it to the apt manager, Shay she advised for me to call the police which I had already done. She never informed the other tenants of the incident and ...I learned about the same time from a neighbor that her apt was broken into. Someone nearby would smoke marijuana, by son has asthma and we were unable to sit on our balcony because of this. The officer manager was aware of this as well and never addressed it. At the end of the school yr, a group of teenagers had a party during the day at the main pool which is located outside the office. The office staff closed and left while this party was going on. The teens started fighting and shooting guns shorty after 5pm. Little kids were playing outside and thankful they were not hurt. The person who was arrested for shooting the gun was allowed to continue living in the apts. My son would not play outside after this because he was scared. Several months later a gun was found in the grass and a neighbor called the police. The office manager was aware of all incidents, none where addressed or concerning to her.
