Ridiculous
November 14, 2024Do not move to this apartment, since day one issues with the property we had to call maintenance constantly, and now we been force to place a tablet on the only wall of the apartment we can place a tv, a tablet that no one has asked for, this is ridiculous, i am paying for a 1 bedroom that now has become a studio cuz of this absurd situation... DO NOT MOVE HERE LOOKS NICE IN PICTURES BUT REALITY IS DIFFERENT!!Property Manager Responded

Unliveable Due to Neighbor Noise
February 19, 2023I am a resident of MAA Hampton Preserve, Phase 2 (formerly known as Cypress Manor). I live in 34-206. The past year has been a nightmare with neighbor noise above me. It affects my sleep, state of mind, and there is no peace. Every day. Constant banging and foot stomping. I have contacted the local office by email at least 15 times, by phone at least 20 times, and went in person, only to be told someone would call me back. She never did. Silent treatment. And my rent went up 300/mo. I ...have been more than nice and reasonable. The noise, every day for the past year, has been in direct violation of the Lease Agreement stating "Quiet Enjoyment". Overpriced. Extra charges.
November 14, 2019They'll try to raise your rent higher than a new renter would pay if you want to renew your lease. Then, when you don't renew your lease, they'll rack up unspecified fees that total over your security deposit. No matter how well you clean the place. Also, the power grid is terrible. I went without power at least a dozen times in one year. You'll get power blips at least once a week. Be warned. They'll take as much money as they can from you.Property Manager Responded

Best Place Around
July 4, 2019Colonial Grand at Hampton Preserve is gorgeous, especially at sunset! The pool is unbeatable. I LOVE the huge dog park & the staff is the best! I couldn't ask for more in a community.
