The office staff are always very friendly but are very robotic. Whenever Ive had a question or concern that they respond like a robot. bare minimum to increase the bottom line. If you have experience in managing a staff at any company or have experience with speaking with management, you know what a rhetoric response sounds like versus an articulate answer.
Any concerns I bring up, I am talked down too as if I am 5 years old and supposed to accept the answer given.
This property management company is one of the best of the best class act ran location. I am disgusted.
I also have few outstanding items that was supposed to be addressed and its now been over 2 weeks.
