Insegurança Constante no Complexo MAA Heather Glen
February 4, 2025Na minha experiência como morador no MAA Heather Glen, a questão mais preocupante tem sido a grave falta de segurança. Fui vítima de dois furtos dentro do complexo, onde itens do meu veículo foram roubados no estacionamento. Os eventos foram claramente capturados em gravações de vídeo, que mostram tentativas de acesso não autorizado a vários carros, incluindo o meu. Infelizmente, ao tentar resolver o problema com a administração do complexo, encontrei uma receptividade decepcionante. As ...preocupações levantadas sobre a segurança geral foram minimizadas, destacando uma lamentável falta de empatia e responsabilidade por parte da gestão. Em nenhum momento busquei compensação financeira; meu objetivo era simplesmente garantir um ambiente seguro para todos os residentes. Além disso, numerosos relatos e avaliações presentes online indicam que essas ocorrências são comuns, demonstrando inequivocamente a deficiência das medidas de segurança no condomínio. A repetição desses casos cresce, expondo todos nós a riscos inaceitáveis em nossa própria casa. Dada essa situação, não me sinto mais seguro aqui e já estou arranjando uma mudança. Espero sinceramente que a administração do MAA Heather Glen tome ações imediatas e eficientes para endereçar essas preocupações sérias e legitimas. I LOVE loving in this community!!
October 21, 2022Great beautiful location, easy commute to everywhere, everything! Something for everyone close by most popular places in Orlando, all the best shopping stores and dining is very good food around here. I love the tranquility of the lake pond out my door, I love that I can take my dog out for a walk around every morning and boost my mood, enjoying peacefully. airy apartment homes, floor plans are very nice and different ones to choose from, I live in one with den that gives me natural lighting in ...home with nice window and space where I can set office or other sanctuary. Also offers Smart Technology which is one of my favorite features. Great schools, amazing neighborhood for raising a family, clean community. Fast and attentive maintenance, yes ? peace of mind around the clock and consistent upbeat in office team who I can count on. Not a good move :(
August 1, 2022Had really bad experience as we move. No correct inspection done before we moved as we where told to move ASAP as it was all ready and we moved even though we had a week time. Dish washer was not fitted at all as it was new and kept it without connecting, Nails on the carpet, no vacuum done, Clothe washer/drier not cleaned, water from bath tub clogging, dark stains on the carpet which was told be new and so on. More over its been more than a week and still not even a single fix is done in the ...apartment after submitting the move in inspection sheet and regular follow up.Property Manager Responded

Pésima experiencia
December 7, 2017Muy mala administración la manager no tiene nada de profesional tuve muy mala experiencia con ellos después q deje el apartamento y ella me había dicho q ya habían ocupado el apartamento y no les debía nada del contrato me mando un email a los dos dias con una deuda de 11,000 no tiene. Colonial Grand at Heather Moss: A great place for families!!!
September 19, 2015My family and I moved here 2 months ago. The place is really nice! The location is great and the staff is really friendly. There're 2 pools where you can enjoy some relaxing time with your family! The lake is beautiful and you can see the ducks everyday. The gym is cool too! Neighborhood is calm and quiet, and very safe too! This is a good place for bikes! The apartments are big, there's a lot of space and they're very comfortable! I feel safe
August 11, 2015I like my apartment complex for many reasons but most of all because I feel safe. As with any apartment living, there are people who are inconsiderate, but I always feel safe. The complex is well maintained and are prompt regarding repairs and maintenance. My particular unit could tend to be updated for appliances, however, they do work properly. August 3, 2015This place is a great location with everything you think you would need or like within a mile, including Disney World just 5 miles away. We have a nice view of palm trees from our balcony, 2 decent sized community pools, a gym to work out, and a nice pond to have a calming walk. The apartments are well-maintained by quick and knowledgeable staff/workers. It is a great place to happily welcome family and friends over for fun parties and get-togethers.Review from Apartments.com

July 24, 2015I have lived in this apartment complex for 11 1/2 years through two owners. Complex has great amenities with two pools and recently upgraded BBQ gas and charcoal grills and children's play areas. Great mix of families and some older folks. Frequently the office has food trucks come in so residents can pick up dinner. Units are nice and spacious. Only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 star rating is maintenance can sometimes be a littler slower to respond than I would like. The area has ...highly rated schools, great community, lots of nearby shopping, restaurants and entertainment options as well as beautiful parks and greenspace.
