I moved in on 9/19/2025 and immediately found two unsealed holes—one under the dishwasher and another under the bathroom sink—followed by visible roaches. I had to stop my move-in and return the next day, only to find more roaches. I reported this right away; I was told by Leonor the situation was not an emergency, that Massey would handle it in four days (Tuesday), and that “it happens.” I’ve rented multiple apartments and have never been handed keys to a home with an active infestation on day ...

one. This delay has created unexpected costs (rescheduling and cleaning) and significant disruption. I was genuinely excited to move here; unfortunately, the initial condition and response have been discouraging.

Had really bad experience as we move. No correct inspection done before we moved as we where told to move ASAP as it was all ready and we moved even though we had a week time. Dish washer was not fitted at all as it was new and kept it without connecting, Nails on the carpet, no vacuum done, Clothe washer/drier not cleaned, water from bath tub clogging, dark stains on the carpet which was told be new and so on.
