January 9, 2023I was fortunate to call MAA Heathrow home for 5 years and I absolutely loved it. My 1/1 was bigger than any other 1 bedroom apartment (910 sq. ft.) I've seen anywhere, I had 6 closets, the neighborhood was highly family oriented. Great neighbors, even better staff. You will get what you pay for; with peace of mind and safety, MAA Heathrow is worth every penny.Property Manager Responded

June 7, 2019I have really enjoyed living at Colonial Grand at Heathrow since 2017. The property is kept beautiful year-round and the grass and flowers are well-maintained. Community areas are always clean and kept modern with new decorations and designs. Many of my neighbors are young professionals or young families with children. It's quite safe and I never have to worry if I accidentally left my door unlocked as I hurried out to work (it happens...)! May 6, 2019Extremely pleased with my apt. The set up is like a condo verses other complexes. Pet Friendly! The Staff , Pam, Michelle and Tony are just the Best! They are personable and get out your work orders ASAP! The grounds are immaculate, pool area clean! Maintenance crew are very respectful and curtious. Very safe community and quite. My only complaint is all the trees. I'm forever picking up branches and cleaning my walk way. Of course the concern also they are large branches which hit your car. Wish ...something can be put along the dirt on my walk way so all the leaves and dirt don't fall onto the ground constantly. But, must say living here has been wonderful. A true feeling like Home! Hats off to the entire staff for making me feel so safe and welcomed. Just renewed my lease for the second time. Hope to be here for awhile.
