May 6, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI lived in the Avondale for almost 2 years. It was my first residence when I moved from Atlanta to Nashville for work. I was pressed for time and it was getting to be very difficult to find a place that was spacious, affordable, and pet friendly with no breed restrictions. A complex with no breed restrictions was important because I have German Shepherd. I found this complex online and made a day trip to visit the property. I was immediately impressed with how nice the area was and did not ...hesitate to sign my lease the same day. Living in my apartment was better than I expected it to be. It had plenty of space and I was in love with the walk-in laundry room (I didn't even have a walk-in laundry room in my house). If I were to say I had issues, it would just be that the walls were very thin, but that's to expected in any apartment or townhome situation. My neighbors weren't so noisy to the point that I needed to complain, but every now and again I could get someone's music or children crying. Other than after about 9pm, most of the noise ceased, which was great! So, all in all, I have loved living at the Avondale.Read More

The apartments are spacious with large balconies and closets. They have ground crews who work weekly on the property.
