April 17, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comIt’s ok but not the best. I’ve been here 3 mos. & have called maintenance numerous times. To the point I’ve gave up. They want their money on time but can’t make sure the things they fixed are properly fixed. I’m just counting down the months.. & they find every reason to hold maa rules to a standard but will literally disrespect your personal request.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
September 25, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThis is a great place to live. I have been happy since moving here 3 months ago and the location is great as well. The office staff are so friendly and very accommodating to any needs. It’s quiet and have very friendly neighbors that often greet you with a wave and a smile. The property as far as I can tell for the last 3 months have been diligently repairing and improving the property since the hurricane.Property Manager Responded

Huge roach problem
April 13, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comDo not move here. They charge an astronomical amount of fees when you first move in if they feel that your credit isn’t high enough. I have never experienced that in any other building I’ve lived in and those were actually luxury. There is a roach infestation, especially in the kitchen. You can call the exterminator every two weeks, but it doesn’t matter. During the summer there’s a huge wasp problem that they find “too dangerous” to ask the exterminator to fix. The apartment looks outdated as ...well. The cost of a three bedroom here is the same as a two bedroom in a luxury apartment. If you can manage to downsize I’d recommend you do that. If you have no other option, this apartment does the job of keeping a roof over your head and it is very close to food, libraries, schools, etc.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

prices are fake!
February 23, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThe prices shown are before they add about $250 worth of fees every month. It’s outrageous especially for the small space you pay for. The employees are sweet but don’t necessarily help in most situations. Maintenance is ok. They are false advertising these prices and it’s crazy. They also are looking to increase my rent after only one leasing contract for 14 months. They of course blamed the state but it’s complete Bs when they prices they advertise for the same unit as mine, are the same as ...what I currently pay. February 25, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThe community is an OK at best. It is not worth the money they charge, but if you need something quick and not stay long, then it’s not that bad. PROS: - Good location(around a lot of shopping and food; really close to Sugar Land and not too far from Houston) -Sophie is amazing; she will help you the best she can. -24/7 gym. -No dog breed restrictions for animal lovers. CONS: -Huge Bug issues(Roaches especially. They say they do pest control, but they don’t.) -Overcharge for rent(at least for ...what you are getting) -Units are outdated; Filled with carpet and kitchens need updating. - Loud neighbors and community is dirty. People do not clean up after their pets and trash is everywhere. You can get better for your money if you actually have the time to look for apartments.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Horrible place to live
October 6, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThese are the worst apartment that I’ve ever lived in. Don’t move here! The rent is outrageous, the units are small, the carpet is dirty, there is a roach infestation, and no security on property…Our mail boxes had been broken into several times, forcing us to go to the post office to get our mail. This lasted for about 10 months, before the property decided to get new mailboxes. Units are falsely advertised, as the 3 bedroom is actually a 2bedroom w/a den. Maintenance will say they completed ...your work order, but never enter your apartment. Office staff is not helpful, as they do not resolve issues. Cars get broken into often & tires get stolen. There was also tenants in a unit that were involved in human trafficking, holding young girls in their apartment & the property manager did not notify other residence if this safety issue. The property manager acted confused. The equipment in the workout room does not work & the swimming pool foundation is cracked, making it easy to cut your feet or toes when you are in the pool. OK Buildings, Poor Location, Poor Service
September 25, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe units themselves are OK; clean, minimal pest issues (any that arise are dealt with quickly), safe area. Neighbors are friendly enough, but their friends leave much to be desired; visitors will try to park in reserved parking (though signs are everywhere saying they will be towed), double park, and block traffic. There are two major issues. First, location, location, location. It's a central area so it's easy to get everywhere. However, it's located in an industrial area. So you get to enjoy ...such sights, sounds, and smells such as: freight trains at 3 a.m blaring horns, the shipping warehouse going almost 24 hours a day, and the fish packing plant. Second, maintenance is spotty. When I first moved in a year and a half ago, maintenance addressed issues quickly. I needed a cabinet repaired and a lamp replaced the first week I moved in; they were fixed by time I came home from work the next day, and the only way I could tell someone had been there (other than the problem being fixed), was the note saying the work was done. About 6 months ago the situation changed. They brought in a company to do inspections of the sprinkler systems (great!). Except they didn't notify us that they may be cutting holes into our walls, they didn't clean up the holes, maintenance didn't follow the contractors to make sure things weren't disturbed or a mess made. I came home that evening to my alarm having been set off and not reset (maintenance had my code), my patio door was left open, a lamp was knocked over, mud was tracked through the dining room, there was a hole in my bathroom wall, and the drywall dust covered the floor and my stuff. I brought this up to the management and she just grumbled "sorry." I didn't feel any empathy or attempt she wanted to make it right. She offered to clean my floors but I had already vacuumed and mopped it up. Eventually I got the hole in my wall fixed, but it took over a month. I thought things were starting to get better on maintenance last week when I asked for service on my toilet to fix it flowing constantly. He came the next day. He came again on Monday and attempted a fix, which didn't work. I called him back the same day and he came back two days later and made it even worse, which then took another two days to fix. Last night my washer started leaking and he came today to fix it but just left his sponge in my sink, didn't attempt any repairs. TL;DR: fish,trains; trucks, uncaring management, inept maintenance.Read More
