Great Apartments, Area, and Internet

I've lived here going on a couple of years now. Sloane is wonderful and she'll always work with you! From start to finish they've showed care, neighbors reach out all the time and constantly communicate through the resident portal. I've practically never called maintenance but they're great and these apartments have actual fast internet (I'm an avid gamer). The location is great since Lake Mary and Heathrow are nice areas and it's close to i4 for easy access but not too close, and it's well ...

hidden. Also decent restaurant spots like, Tomasinos, the best pizza in Orlando (Also avid pizza consumer).

Bad neighbors complained and still having the issues horrible parking snakes and horrible paint job all peeling off spots all over floors and horrible smell that doesn't go away no matter what we do they show phase one which is new than put you in phase two not so nice Vicky was awesome that was the only good part.

Kiera the rental representative was excellent from the beginning of rental process to end. I had trouble initially applying online and she led me every set of the way until everything was done. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and attentive manner. She was also very helpful when issues came up in apartment, she responded via email as soon as able, and problems where generally taken care of. The management staff are very responsive and are proactive in keeping the property in great shape. Feels more like a condo than a typical apartment setting, and the privacy and green space are beautiful. We would definitely recommend this property!

Worst Complex Ever

1) Infested with roaches and snakes even 2) Refuse to repair trash compactor 3) Sounds fire alarms at odd hours without warning 4) Forget they are given checks and cash them without counting them towards rent. 5) Air Conditioner leaks into ground floor apartments and they refuse to fix.
