I was told the wrong information for the requirements that they need to be accepted in approve for a apartment. When I submitted my information online I was denied because I was told the wrong information from one of the leasing agents!

Got stuck at Colonial Grand (CG) during covid, and I must say that living at CG was the WORST experience of my life. In my opinion, the place is a dump. The grey buildings look depressing. The hall areas are disgusting. The front office people are nasty; the maintenance work is usually shabby—although the workers are pretty nice. I would talk to neighbors to see if my assessment was too harsh, but apparently not. The buildings are old and constantly need repairs. I recall that we had 4 leaks in ...
our ceiling, one of which ran down our wall like a waterfall, spilled onto the carpet, and went into the apartment below us. I asked for a tarp to no avail. I had to get clothing in my closet dry cleaned, at my expense, after one of the leaks. Appliances were cheap and faulty. The washing machine ruined some of my clothing. We had 2 bathrooms, but one of the toilets was constantly breaking. My husband asked for a new toilet, but they refused. We got tired of complaining and figured we’d just live without it working properly. Our stove caught fire and we had 3, yes, 3 other stoves put in during our stay (approx 3 years). The trash removal system is gross. I could go on and on and on. Lastly, I just want to say that our dishwasher broke after we gave our 2 month notice of moving. The administration never bothered to fix the appliance for us. I knew that we were there temporarily, so I endured the horrible experience. I didn’t realize how depressing the place was for me, until I moved.

This place is simply peacefully surrounded by nature and wild life, good and friendly neighbors. The pool is clean and any issue we raised to the office was fixed in time manner.
