Poor experience
May 14, 2024I stayed there for several years, and the lease was signed a long time ago. Although there was a 60-day moving out notice rule in the lease, I didn't recall it at all. When the 60-day period before the end of my lease approached, I hadn't made a final decision, so I visited their office to discuss my plans. However, they never mentioned the 60-day notice requirement during our conversation. Despite this, they charged me thousands of dollars after I moved out.Property Manager Responded

May 6, 2019I have resided at this property for almost 4 years. The unit itself is well constructed and well kept. Maintenance is prompt and efficient for the most part. Parking is overcrowded and presents frustrations when residents are permitted to store their work vehicles here, there is no assigned parking and visitors are not monitored. Amenities are decent and generally kept clean. I work out regularly in the Fitness Center and my family enjoys the pool frequently. Use of the grills and outdoor kitchen ...is hit or miss, as there are not an adequate number of appliances for weekend use by residents and reservations are not permitted. The charcoal grill in the outdoor kitchen has been broken since 2016. Use of the amenities by non residents is an ongoing concern as amenity bracelets are not checked.
