March 13, 2024I moved to Jacksonville Florida from Virginia Beach in January and moved in Coopers Hawk January of 2023. I can't say anything about Coopers Hawk that's bad. The area is close to everything, I can walk my grandson to school, close to dentist, doctor, fast foods, I95, shopping and a walmart grocery. If you look at the amount of space (square footage) in an apartment to the price paid, nothing compares to the space in these apartments. The price is reasonable. The grounds are clean. The ...maintenance will go over and beyond fixing anything that's requested in the same day, which is hard to find. You have good communication from office to maintenance. Enjoying the smart applications for the apartment. I would recommend anyone to the apartments I think other reviews were a later timeframe and will not do the complex justice. No bugs or rodents that I have come across, as in prior reviews. Only downside is no playground but you are close to multiple parks, there is a play area with swings.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
March 31, 2021I came to pick up my keys walked into my apartment and it was nothing like what I was told or what I saw online, I moved here from another state so I couldn't see it in person before signing the lease but once I did I backed out immediately and found myself a different apartment in a different complex, The roaches were literally everywhere. in the fridge, the cabinets, the dishwasher. it was honestly the most horrible thing I've ever seenProperty Manager Responded

It is not worth it.
August 13, 2019We've been living here for less than 8 months and we sure regret signing the contract. I cannot wait for it to be over. To many issues to list. They do not care about it, maintance takes forever with little things. You can count on more than 5 days to fix something that can damage the apartment and should be consider an emergency. You can count on calling pest control every week and still having issues. You can count on your toilets over flowing, even entire buildings. In fact 2 whole buildings ...have flooded in last few months. They changed the office personel recently to try to manage the situation in the complex, unfortunetely it's just not working. The last couple months the apartment complex had a counterfeet money bust, cops and FBI everywhere. The next day more cops, they found a body floating in the pond. No explanations, no safety measures, no nothing.Property Manager Responded
