Management policies unnecessarily restrictive
May 5, 2024The staff at the apartments was always great to deal with, but management does not communicate well and makes it very hard to navigate the payment process. I would not recommend renting from them if you do not like late fees, because it seems all of their policies are designed to make it hard for you to avoid them. I had two separate issues involving payments, one was trying to submit an online payment once I had gone past due, the other was a closeout fee that I missed an email and did not ...realize that I owed. During both instances the communication from management was absent, they were unbothered by my circumstance and were glad to take fees and give me negative marks on my credit rather than make any attempt to help me in either circumstance. The local folks, while nice were unable to bend the management's policies. As for the apartments themselves, I enjoyed my time there. Safe enough, plenty of kids running around playing, and the amenities were nice, although they were sometimes in disrepair.Property Manager Responded
