It is well-maintained, and they try really hard to keep up with the normal wear and tear. The residents seem to have a problem with the front gates: they are broken fairly frequently by cars/trucks running through the gates before they are completely open. The nice-looking wood laminate floors are pretty, but without carpeting in the living/dining rooms, upstairs neighbors are sometimes pretty ...loud.
