Nice units but a real janky building

I've been at this property for three months. My specific unit is solid; no complaints inside my front door. Some amenities, like the gym, are really great. That said, some persistent key issues keep showing up that are really frustrating:
1) At least one of the two elevators in my building has been malfunctioning or out of service, which is frustrating
2) While it's nice to have a year-round indoor pool, the entire pool room smells rank in a very chemical sort of way. Indoor pools always smell ...
like chlorine, but this is something else.
3) The mail sorting system is absolutely criminal. Three buildings receive packages in one room with no sorting system. Almost every time I've received a package, I've had to spend 5-10 minutes looking through literal piles of unsorted boxes, which is just absurd especially considering every resident has to pay $20 for the parcel lockers which aren't ever used by Amazon delivery staff.
This could be a great property, but there's clearly a management failure when it comes to upkeep and resident comfort.
