August 6, 2022I've lived here for several years and I wanted to write a review here since I never have before. This apartment complex is a great place to live. It's clean and well run, the leasing staff is very helpful, and when I have an issue it get's fixed. Not to mention it's beautiful and the neighborhood is great.Property Manager Responded

Pitbulls Rule at This Place
July 24, 2021If you want to have a pitbull that has not been neutered or spayed, this is the place for you! They have a smaller 1 bedroom unit that they offer after you find the larger 1 bedroom a little too expensive. They don't allow you to see the smaller unit because the upstairs have vaulted ceilings and a truly small kitchen. As far as I am concerned, they trick you into renting.Property Manager Responded

Best office staff!
July 13, 2021The Post Park Mesa team has the best office staff I've ever experienced in my long rental history. They're quick to respond, reasonable and the maintenance requests are always filled quickly. I highly recommend it! My only issue is that our rent after one year was raised $500 for a 2 bedroom. I understand the Austin market is challenging, but this was too much for me. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and I've never had a parking issue.Property Manager Responded
