July 22, 2022They will treat you well when you tour and are trying to sign. After you sign you will realize that they don't care about you. Homeless break in all the time and sleep in the halls and garage. If you have any issues the management team (Katie and Nathalie) will not do anything to help. Katie is very rude and condescending, I have no idea how she has not been fired yet. Nathalie will act nice but that's it, its just an act. Horrible tour experience
December 11, 2021Spoke to someone on the phone she was not friendly. Had an appointment scheduled for a tour waited an hour and no one showed up. Their call box did not work outside the front door. Very frustrating experience we ended up leaving and not touringProperty Manager Responded

Management is a joke
November 28, 2020You pay a ton of money in rent for nothing. Management doesn’t enforce any rules. Our nightly security is a joke. They sit around with their girlfriends scrolling on their phones not paying attention to the homeless coming in, loud obnoxious behavior, people literally punching holes in the walls. This place is a joke and I wish I never lived here. Not to mention the homeless problem. Find another place to live in RiNo
January 2, 2020I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. They will nickel and dime you for anything and the leasing office does not seem to care much about the tenants. Poor property management is the one of the main issues here. They make you pay $35 a month for a trash pick up service that you must pay even if you don't use it. To top it off the hallway is filled with trash bags and makes you wonder why you pay all this rent to be surrounded by garbage. Don't pay to live here, because the homeless don't.
November 21, 2019It, the homeless situation, has become an absolute problem. They are everywhere, including inside the building and the parking structure. Countless times I have found someone who is obviously homeless sleeping in common areas within the building. They rummage through the trash bins leaving a mess everywhere. I've even had to call maintenance to clean up where they have clearly gone to the restroom. Believe me when I say that the property is doing nothing to stop these occurrences from ...happening. Occasionally you will see a "guard," but no full time security. It's a shame because there are nice features to this place. Their pool space and gym are some of the best. But the handling of the homeless and security has to change. I will not be renewing with this location and I urge others to stay away and look elsewhere. May 26, 2019Can’t wait to move out of here. Maintenance is super slow. Have had a flashing light outside of my apartment for 6/10 months I’ve been here. Walls and ceilings are super thin and can hear a pen drop above me. Way better places nearby that are cheaper.Property Manager Responded

Do not move here!
January 11, 2019I deeply regret moving here. Although I love the apartment and locations the staff and ridiculous policies are such a hassle and truly harassment that I plan to be leaving at the end of my lease. They look for ANYTHING they can charge your their $200 violation fee. And don't use their trash service, they leave trash all over the floor but if your trash bag so much falls off your trash can they will attempt to fine you. I have spoken to the office numerous times trying to resolve these issues and ...it has not helped. Also, maintenance takes FOREVER to do anything, and there is no maintenance in the hallways. They only maintain the first level it appears. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are lots of amazing apartments near by with similar prices and living here has been a nightmare.Property Manager Responded
