This apartment complex is so bad
July 19, 2022Their apartments are so much expensive, they have rates so much higher than the market average, even they force their residents to use their provided expensive internet which is of higher price, no cleaning they do in the community, stairs are so much dirty and full of spider webs, they promised to do fumigation and cleaning of our kitchen before we move in but they never did, my pregnant wife did the cleaning on her own, !! they also promised to do a paint job which they did after i made several ...calls, if you have extra money just to waste then you are welcome you are going to get nothing.Property Manager Responded

Bad Apartment Complex
June 15, 2018The day that I moved into this complex on 3/6/17 I had a influx of roaches. It was horrible. The kitchen was pretty much infested and at the time I was 6 weeks pregnant. Literally roaches were coming out of every spot of the kitchen and migrated to the hall and master bed/bath. The Northwest pest control guy said he videotaped how bad it was because he himself have never seen it this bad. I was told by Tammy the office manager that it must have been from the residence in front of mine. The pest ...control guy said that was not true that the roaches came from my apt and had always been there. We couldn’t eat in our home for 2 weeks then not soon after we had an ant infestation, the heat wouldn’t work in the winter, the a/c wouldn’t work in summer then when the neighbors upstairs would smoke it would come right into our bedroom. This place is horrible and old and you have to keep calling or go into the office just to get a response from the staff. In the end I had to break my lease to get my family now with a 6 month old baby out of there. The office rented out my apt before I left but still want 2 months rent as if they are loosing money when they are charging the new renters more rent than what I was paying. Do not move to this community. HORRIBLE. Btw the master bathroom toilet handle was calcified looks disgusting took a picture and sent to manager Tammy and they still did not change it out. Everything in the apt is old just sprayed over when someone moves.Property Manager Responded
