Disappointing
May 23, 2024Used to be a relaxing quiet place. With new management, we wake up to construction being done around the property every morning. I find it incredibly disrespectful the new management said screw the tenants we have, let’s renovate so we can hike up the prices for new people, as if we don’t see what they’re doing. We moved from downtown to get away from construction waking us up. Now we’re gonna have to move again. It’s for the best as the people here are not friendly. Even when you walk your dog ...people will ignore a civil “hello”. Bad vibes, and it’s only getting worse with the constant construction. Will not be renewingProperty Manager Responded

Decent and over priced
March 7, 2023Solid location but overpriced for what you get. Apartments are crudely updated to reflect effort by the management company and nothing more. When lease renewal comes around anticipate a large jump on the monthly rents they offer. In addition, they gave us the renewal offer 3 months before the lease was up but only 7 days to make a decision. Maintenance is on top of requests and helpful. Front office is pleasant but if you want actual answers you have to get in contact with the out of state ...ownership.Property Manager Responded

Perfect location; good amenities and friendly neighbors
August 7, 2015My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and just signed a lease for a 3rd year, and we've been very happy with our choice. The location is amazing - just down the street from the Ravenel Bridge. We can be downtown and parked in less than 10 minutes! The apartments aren't luxurious, but the are in good repair and great for our current needs. Having the pool here is a great added benefit, and it is very rare that it gets crowded. My biggest fear moving to Charleston was the dreaded Palmetto ...Bug, and while they do occasionally make it indoors, that is usually because we've had the patio door open for extended periods of time. There is a small monthly fee that covers pest control throughout the buildings, and it is so well worth it!! On the downside, rent does increase annually (and more than my pay increases!) - but that seems to be the standard in this area.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
