March 7, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThere are squirrels in the attic/walls, cockroaches since the first day of moving in (don't believe I've ever even seen pest control spray or whatever), and old and worn-out appliances that need to be replaced. February 8, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThis was my fiancé and I’s first apartment experience. We are very easy to please in the extreme, but even considering that, I think these are very nice for the price. I often refer to our little 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit as our little cozy corner, our little love nook, or our little humble abode. Everyone I have ever interacted with here has been wonderfully kind, both neighbors, management and other staff. The complex is always beautifully maintained, and the pool looks to be in tip top shape ...year-round. The tennis court is a lot of fun. The area has us so spoiled. We are so close to anything and everything. I absolutely hate to leave when our lease is up, but it’s been a long 2 years of driving 40 minutes to work and back each day. If I could clone Tanglewood and put them closer, I would. Even now, I’m doubting if I really want to leave just to shorten the drive.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Complaints are handled expeditiously. Charter Cable too expensive and should be upgraded for the price. There is not enough parking!! Each apartment should be assigned one reserved space (some units have more than one car).
