Awesome place to live!
November 16, 2025I transferred from another MAA property from Jacksonville, Florida to here. The process was seamless, thanks to Dakota and staff. Stay away!!
February 9, 2023My two years of residency in this community were marked by disappointment and frustration. The interior fixtures of the apartment were in poor condition and in desperate need of repair, including everything in the bathroom from the paper roll holder to the shower, bathtub, floor, and wash basin. The appliances were outdated and no longer functioning, with the microwave emitting hazardous levels of radiation. Despite my complaints about the poor condition of the appliances, management claimed that ...they were functional. The dishwasher was ineffective, and the washer and dryer caused damage to clothing. The service provided by management was consistently inadequate, requiring multiple reminders for even the simplest of maintenance issues to be addressed. The office staff were unprofessional and showed a lack of respect towards tenants. The property manager was never available, preferring to stay hidden and avoiding communication with residents. I cannot recommend this community to anyone seeking a positive living experience.Property Manager Responded

It’s not all that bad
December 1, 2021After having a rough start when I moved in this place isn’t that bad. It is an older community but it’s quit cozy. Staff is really nice & maintenance does their job it does take a few days for them to get to your order but when they do it gets completed. Had an issue with sugar ants got a couple treatments with pest control and the issue has resolved. Yes I’ve seen roaches but this place is surrounded by woods and trees you have to expect that.Property Manager Responded

Current Resident
September 28, 2021I’m a current resident. 43 days ago I reported a leak. Water running down my wall and my dining area soaking wet. For the past 43 days (yes, 43!!!) I’ve had to wash three loads of sopping wet beach towels a day. The carpet is ruined and was soaked for so long it’s no longer attached to the structure. The pad is covered in black mold, the wall is brown, our family has been ill from it. Not once has anyone from the front office returned any of my calls or followed up with me in any way and ...it’s still not fixed.Property Manager Responded

Looking forward to the years to come!
January 22, 2020I have been here for a year and so far I love it! I moved from out of state so I was unfamiliar with the area. Like most people, I did read reviews prior to coming but I feel that those are not an accurate description of Town Park and what they truly offer. The office is friendly and always extremely helpful. I did all paperwork before moving in (which was convenient) and the entire staff was quick and responsive in answering all of my questions prior to signing a lease. There is a real sense of ...community here! Throughout the year I have had very little complaints or needs for service but if I do enter a request the maintenance team has an incredible response time. My AC went out in the middle of the night and I didn't have to wait until the next day to get service. I find that incredible, especially in Florida heat with small children. The location is in a great school district and is close to shopping and entertainment. I have enjoyed my time here and look forward to calling this place home for years to come!Property Manager Responded

Peaceful & Pleasant residence community in the heart of Lake Mary
June 6, 2019Easy access to Deloitte, Verizon, Publix, Preschools and Walmart as well. Having a trail infront with trees on sides and beautiful for evening walk / cycling. Swimming pool is maintained well. Great & fast service by management if any problems in home. Also its our responsibility to do certain basic fixes and keep clean utilities. Feel free to reach the office or can raise service request via online as well. I enjoyed the stay here with my family. Recommending for others as well.Property Manager Responded

Too expensive to live this way
October 5, 2015I would never have moved here...had I known. Many repeated water leaks, in the same wall, that have destroyed my personal property (they refuse to replace it. They said I should use my renter's insurance, even though that would only come back to hurt me in the future). Every time any of my neighbors flushes their toilet, runs water, or washes cloths, there is a loud banging noise in my master bedroom wall. They said that there is nothing they can do about it. I have had to sleep in my living ...room because it is that bad. My air conditioner has leaked and then broken down multiple times because of, admittedly, a drainage problem with ALL of the units. They spray paint in between tenants, without properly cleaning, so it looks dirty, even when it's clean, and the overspray is all over the mirrors and the floors. The pool is pretty...when it is properly maintained. During the summer, it was so infected with algae that it was shut down and reopened numerous times. Every time it was reopened, the walls were still green. All in all, it's too expensive to have these types of issues.
