There is a unique energy and modern touches everywhere you look. High-end fixtures, a stylish backsplash, and beautiful dome pendant lights really make the units stand out from anything else in Gilbert, Arizona. From the moment I walked in, Maraya was absolutely fantastic and made the entire move-in process seamless ...and stress-free. The only thing you need to have turned on is the Internet through Cox; the rest is turnkey. Maraya was so helpful, professional, and genuinely kind, which made starting this new chapter so exciting. Kourtni was also amazing and brought such a welcoming and positive energy—her professionalism and kindness truly set the tone and will make you feel right at home. The apartments themselves are stunning! You can tell every detail was thoughtfully designed; it’s the perfect mix of style and functionality, with thoughtful details like quartz countertops, spacious walk-in closets, and custom built-ins that make every space feel unique. The community amenities and events are unlike anything I’ve seen elsewhere, and the location is also unbeatable, with SanTan Village just steps away.
