What I enjoy most about living at Novel is the sense of community and also how convenient everything is. There’s always fun engaging activities going on for those of us that live alone and plenty of family friendly activities. I’m constantly amazed by Novel, it’s very rare for an apartment community to check every box but Novel has found away to exceed every expectation! Specifically the professional yet welcoming staff, the insanely beautiful and modern amenities, the cleaning staff and maintenance crew, and parking isn’t a nightmare! Deciding to become a resident here is still one of the best decisions I’ve ever made

Moving into NOVEL Val Vista has been an incredible experience! 5 stars. Highly recommend! From the moment I toured the property, I knew there was something special about this place. There is a unique energy and modern touches everywhere you look. High-end fixtures, a stylish backsplash, and beautiful dome pendant lights really make the units stand out from anything else in Gilbert, Arizona.
From the moment I walked in, Maraya was absolutely fantastic and made the entire move-in process seamless ...
and stress-free. The only thing you need to have turned on is the Internet through Cox; the rest is turnkey. Maraya was so helpful, professional, and genuinely kind, which made starting this new chapter so exciting. Kourtni was also amazing and brought such a welcoming and positive energy—her professionalism and kindness truly set the tone and will make you feel right at home.
The apartments themselves are stunning! You can tell every detail was thoughtfully designed; it’s the perfect mix of style and functionality, with thoughtful details like quartz countertops, spacious walk-in closets, and custom built-ins that make every space feel unique. The community amenities and events are unlike anything I’ve seen elsewhere, and the location is also unbeatable, with SanTan Village just steps away.
If you’re looking for a vibrant, inspired, and luxurious place to live, NOVEL Val Vista is it. I’m so glad I chose to call this place home!
