The floors creak in certain parts including the floor above my bedroom. I've asked several times to have my master bath tub/shower replaced as it has a dingy yellow film over the entire surface. The carpet was quite worn and dingy when I moved in, which I was ...surprised it wasn't replaced. Paying just over a thousand a month for rent, I would hope for the quality to equal. With all that being said, the property is beautiful as much as it kept clean. I will not be renewing my lease but if I was asked for a recommendation to live there, my response would be positive.Read More
