May 6, 2019I love Water?s Edge and the staff. I hate the cable package. I pay an extra $50 a month for it, and the cable company doesn?t know why or what I'm even getting after we add on upgrades. I do feel, however, it is quite expensive for the overall quality of the building itself. Updates should include updated shelving and doors. The floors creak in certain parts including the floor above my bedroom. I've asked several times to have my master bath tub/shower replaced as it has a dingy yellow film over the entire surface. The carpet was quite worn and dingy when I moved in, which I was ...surprised it wasn't replaced. Paying just over a thousand a month for rent, I would hope for the quality to equal. With all that being said, the property is beautiful as much as it kept clean.
