Poor management
February 22, 2021I have been staying in this apartment for past one year. The management does not address any of your concerns. After the snow storm this year, there have been water outages across the city. City had restored the water on 2/21 morning, Legacy said, they would need to check each and every building before restoring the water to each building. They did not do anything on 2/21. They started next day with few employees and they could not able to complete 1/3 of total building in a day. If it goes ...like it, it would take another 3-4 days to complete this process. I am with my pregnant wife and 7 year old son staying here for past 6 days without water which does not even concern for them. They could have plan this activities very well to complete it in a day. After couple of emails, they stop responding to my emails.Property Manager Responded

Poor management
February 23, 2021I have been staying here for an year now. The management does not clearly communicate on outages and repair. After the water outages entire city has water except few apartments in legacy at western oaks. The management is good for nothing and the did not even plan any additional employees to help with outages fixing. I would not prefer this apartment anymore.Property Manager Responded

Austin and all of Texas was impacted by extreme weather conditions. We understand your frustration during the city wide shut down of wat er services until Sunday evening, February 21st when water resumed with low pressure. Our team of 40 workers worked as quickly as possible to activate water services for our residents on Sunday evening, February 21st. Our team has restored water to half of our community and continues to work quickly to restore to the remaining units. We appreciate the opportunity to continue to serve you.

Leasing agent misrepresented lease and I'm out 1000 dollars
January 14, 2020I have a classic car I am restoring. It is not registered. I wanted to rent a garage for it, but the leasing agent said they had none available. She then said that I could rent a reserved parking space for it, because otherwise, unregistered vehicles were not allowed on property. I rented the spot. I got back from a trip and discovered my car was towed. I had to pay the initial towing fee, storage at the impound lot, and another towing fee to get the car out of the lot. All of this was expensive. ...I talked with the complex manager, and she said that no unregistered vehicles are allowed on site. Ever. I told her that I rented to spot for that reason. She refused to take responsibility for what her agent told me, or being towed, but she did refund me the spot rent. Moral of the story? Be careful believing anything the leasing agents or staff tell you.Property Manager Responded

Unprofessionally managed property!
May 25, 20191. Very poor management! They do not care about their residents. Accusations is a normal behavior for most of the people who works at this place. 2. Couple rude maintenance people 3. Standard apartments - nothing impressive I am putting 2 stars only because of the wonderful location of this place, good gym and a very nice pool area. November 13, 2018If you want to live somewhere where the office staff is rude and unprofessional then this is the place for you! When I went to tour here I specifically remember the leasing agent that showed me around, Alex, who was not very friendly and was unable to answer any of the questions I had. The apartments were decent but her awful attitude and lack of knowledge are ultimately why I did not lease here.Property Manager Responded

Legacy at Western Oaks
August 4, 2015Let me tell you about legacy of Western Oaks. I have been living here for seven years and I love it! It's nestled in the middle of Circle C and in a great school district.. The staff here is very friendly and they make you feel welcome. The maintenance crew is awesome they keep this place very clean and very up-to-date. Lots of get-togethers for residents.
