10 April 2026, I have been here for 3 years now and overall, it is a nice and safe place to live. The staff is very welcoming and will go out of their way sometimes to assist you. Maintenance takes care of you in a timely manner as well. The residents so far, I have encountered, stay to themselves. Very quiet mostly, I like that and sometimes you hear people having a good time and I enjoy that also. Nice landscape and pool area, well-kept for the most part.
Now the not so good, people continue ...
to not pick up their dog poop and will also walk to other buildings and let their dog poop and not pick it up. Dog park in the back is always dirty and full of poop, lots of bugs and flies, so I rarely went there, it is not well kept at all. The dog trash bin in the dog park is usually overrun with human trash as well. I have spoken with the manager about these things and she said she does not have a way to know who is not picking up their dog poop, which is a problem.
Safety Issue, there needs to be speed limit signs posted on property as I have seen on another property. I have brought this up to the manager and nothing has happened to fix it. Too many times, vehicles are speeding through and almost hitting kids, people who are walking with family and or pets. This needs to be addressed asap before someone gets hurt.
