Persistent Insect Problem
May 19, 2025Very disappointing living experience due to the number of beetles, mosquitoes, and other insects that manage to find their way into my apartment. Despite keeping my apartment clean and putting in maintenance requests for pest control the situation has not improved. Other than that, it’s a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

Trash, pest, odor
October 4, 2022The apartments did an eviction and left all the tenants belongings (including rotting food) right outside my patio. This was on Friday and When I called the property Saturday the lady was very rude and stated that it would be removed Monday and that “by law” they have to leave the items outside. There is no law stating it has to be right outside my patio. This is unsanitary, it has created bugs and a bad odor and it is now Monday, I got back from work and the office is closed and the items are ...still there.Property Manager Responded

Trash apartments
January 9, 2022Management is terrible. They will not help with anything. They don’t even enforce any of the rules listed on their move in package. I have been complaining about noise from my upstairs neighbor for months and they have done nothing about it. They do not care if you get sleep, they only care if you make rent on time. I have lost countless hours of sleep. I pretty much pay to store my belongings in a locked climate controlled area. I cannot get any rest. There is zero time to relax. It is ALWAYS ...noisy. Do not recommend. Please spend your money somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

Fake 5.0 score... sorry ever moved in here
November 27, 2020First... the gf moved in to a one bedroom apt and had a $300 bonus incentive. She and i decided to live together and we asked about a 2 br 2 ba apt. They had one and told us that if we moved in there... we would have to RETURN THE $300 incentive bonus. Return the bonus for moving into a bigger apt and paying more money. We were like fine... we needed a place for the kids, whatever. Our cars got broken into, my garage (i have police report) and they were like meh.... it happens, sorry about that. ...We need the police report by the way for our records and what not. They didnt care. Now, we are in the process of moving cause we bought a house. Gave 45 plus days noticed and now they want to charge us 2300$ for 20 days cause we didnt give 60 days notice. I would never recommend this. Never move back into this place. And never speak of this place except to stop people from moving there. Its gonna be a tough few days.Property Manager Responded

Shady apartments!!!!
May 8, 2018I lived in these apartments for 2 years with my sister. Let me give you a break down on why I would NEVER move back to these apartments and NEVER refer anyone to these apartments. Reasons: 1. Multiple cockroaches in the apartments which required pest control to visit multiple times...MULTIPLE TIMES!!!!! 2. Broken dishwasher since the 2 month when I moved in; Took them 1 year and 6 months to resolve the issue. I was only able to use the dishwasher for 5 months. REDONCULOUS!!!!! I called ...multiple times. 3. Broken entrance gate which is not very safe; 4. This one grinds my gears!!! I moved out 1.5 weeks ago and my sister and I poorly communicated and each thought we were going to get the last of the items in the entrance closet before move out. Items in the entrance closet: a. Dyson vacuum - Yup!!! $300 vacuum b. Calvin Klein Suite - $300 c. Red wing boots - $150 d. 2 x Nike female shoes - $300 e. 2 x pillows(brand new) - $80 f. cowboys blanket - $40 g. Northface jacket - Found at Dicks maybe anywhere from $80 to $180 I called the leasing agent about leaving the items and wanted to coordinate picking the items I left behind. She was quick to inform me that anything left behind is immediately thrown away. I replied by informing her that I left a very expensive suit in the closet and needed to pick it up. I asked her to ask maintenance. She went on mute and stated that she had asked maintenance and that THEY stated they threw out all of the stuff......again....she said maintenance threw out all of the stuff. I asked about a suit left behind at my apartment, nothing else. After that response I knew that they were probably picked off by the maintenance crew or sold. Look at the items I listed, not like I had walmart brand items. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone EVER!!!!!Property Manager Responded

Money hungry

Horrible Staff and OVERPRICED
March 23, 2018PEST PROBLEMS everywhere at the complex and the manager and lady leasing consultant are the most unfriendly people i have ever met....I go in there and there is a new consultant every time. EXTREMELY glad i don't live there anymore. I tried to get e good explenation for charges and they were all stupid.The maintenance was good but if you expect any pest control or anything to be done, it wont. My friend lived there and the charged for a ton of stuff that was fine. I can't stand them and i ...recommend to NEVER LEASE HERE!!!!! don't do it!!! you can find cheaper and more updated at so many other places. Ok place to live
February 10, 2018The place is nice and the staff is attentive and friendly. The issue here are the break ins. A neighbors place was broken into during the morning hours between 9am and 10am, none of the residents got a notice on that break in. His place faced the back of the complex. There was also someone who jumped over the rail on my back porch and tried to steal a lawnmower that was out there while I was home. I had just moved in and the mower was out there for a day. A black SUV sped away after I opened my ...patio door to find out why there was noise coming from my porch. So it makes me think it was someone who lived there and passes by my apartment and saw the opportunity. There are gates but people come in and out all the time. I think management needs to set up cameras so there is something when people have issues. Otherwise this place would get 5 stars.Property Manager Responded

Helpful staff and parking is pretty good
August 27, 2015This is a great complex to live in if you're looking for easy access to 151 as well as plenty of shopping areas. Staff is great and attentive, and maintenance is prompt and friendly. The gym is decent but can get crowded. The pool area is beautiful with lots of chairs and bbq's. However, this place does have a security issue. There have been car break-ins and even spare tires stolen. There is a gate but no security cameras so it's on you to be diligent. Wonderful place to live!
August 17, 2015I've lived in apartments most of my life and I can honestly say these are the best I've lived in yet. The staff is very friendly and helpful, both office and maintenance. We have never had any trouble keeping issues taken care of. Not that we've had many, mind you. The apartments themselves are well built and comfy. The grounds are beautifully kept and the pool is always welcoming and clean! We have had some issues without neighbors being noisy with motorcycles but otherwise it's been fantastic ...living here. Stone ranch at westover hills
August 8, 2015This is fairly new and well managed property that is in the growing and expanding part of north west San Antonio with a lot of new buisnesses and restaurants in the area. The apartments are very updated with all new appliances and fixtures along with nice paint colors and contemporary designs. They have a variety of aprtmemt sizes and floor plans to fit your individual needs and budgets. The property is very well maintained and kept up with like landscaping and maintenance issues. They also have ...on sight security on the property they makes it a little easier to sleep at night. There amendmenteties are great like the on sight gym and lounge that are open 24/7 with your access key makes it easy to get in and out of where your going.
