February 20, 2024I had water bills come in at $430 one month and another at $320. Had others that were high but not that high. Front office was rude about and basically said it was not their problem. Gentleman from the water dept confirmed there was a leak they observed and still, it was my problem. Currently paying out over $1000 worth of water bills. Thank goodness the city was willing to assist me. Not a lot of options in Hernando so that makes it difficult. They are negligent when it comes to pets
September 20, 2018The management at Magnolias at Hernando performed an apartment check and let my 13 year old dog out, and did not tell us. He is old and he wanders. He could have gone missing or could have been hit by a car. Could you imagine if they had let a child out of the apartment? The management does NOT care about the people who live here or their families (yes, I consider my dog my family). The fact that they didn't even notify us afterwards makes it even worse. July 18, 2018If they tell you they have an unit available in the beginning, DO NOT rely on their word!!! Make sure it’s at least 2 months before you need to get the apt.!!!! They are very rude!!! HEADs UP if you give any money to hold one WITHOUT signing a lease they will Not give your money back!!! They are awful!!!! Please do not rent at this place!!!!Property Manager Responded
July 23, 2018We are very sorry for any confusion there may have been with regard to our policies for holding an apartment unit. A deposit is required to hold a unit until the scheduled move-in date. When we hold an apartment, we are no longer making it available to lease to someone else and, as a result, if the prospective resident cancels, the deposit is non-refundable. Again, we are very sorry if this wasn't understood before the deposit was made.

Awesome Complex
August 17, 2015I have lived at the complex for almost a year now and it has been great! All the people that live here are very friendly and the staff is great also! It is very quite and clean, which I love! Also, it has I field that is great for your pets to run around at and play. The pool and Gym are clean and easy to access. Apartments are spaces and well worth the price you pay! I highly recommend this complex if you are new town.Review from Apartments.com

August 17, 2015AWESOME apartment complex. It is very quite and nice. The staff at the front office is very helpful and nice. It is very clean I have never seen trash laying on the ground since i have lived here which is almost a year. All of my neighbors are very nice, never had a problem with the people above me being loud. Pool and Gym are nice and very easy to access. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone new in town, they may be a little pricy but they are well worth the money you spend!Review from Apartments.com
