Called ahead to reserve an appointment to look at apartments, drove 2 hours for them to say they would not show a room because a person without an appointment showed up and took the option. They did not call and tell me that my option was taking already. Poor poor customer service.

While I was signing my lease the manager Vicki ask me to go online and give a review because she had gotten bad reviews. She would walk in and out of my apartment when I wasn't there for getting that I did not lock it and locked it on the way out. She did that just to be nosey. After the first tornadoes hit a couple years ago my mother and brothers Townhomes was destroyed they were staying with me in my apartment they are at Maple Crest and we gave her a written 30 day notice she took us both the ...
court and one. She insist you pay your water bill with your rent and that's just so she can take the money off of it and make you late and behind on your bills. It's a nice place to live but management sucks
