Great first apartment

I live here and it’s my first ever apartment on my own. You can’t beat the price. Everything is updated and looks beautiful on the inside. All wood floors, modern looking countertops and paneling. Tiny but cute!

Has improved, but still not the best. LL has transferred the cost of heat/air conditioning to some tenants, but not all. Poor insulation with cinder block walls means major cold air blasts and higher electric bill (all heat is electric) during winter. Electric bill can get above $100/mth or higher during December, January and February. Were some very sketchy tenants in building. That has gotten much better. All gets down to what you can afford rent wise and what you're willing to deal with ...
regarding fellow tenants.
