HORRIBLE PLACE. Bugs, broken things, rude staff.
August 2, 2025I lived here for 3 months and for the first 2, my microwave was broken and they would not come fix it. I then started to have a gnat infestation, as they were flying out of the drains and air vents. They did not send any pest control & I had to hire my own. I tenant down the hall had the same bug issue & they would not treat her unit as well. I moved out and was charged a break-lease fee even though the unit was in unlivable conditions. DO NOT MOVE HERE, save your money!Review from Apartments.com
Awesome building
February 14, 2025I’ve been living at Moderno axis for about a month now, and it’s been a great so far. The apartment is comfortable and feels like home. The building is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. They keep everything very clean. I’ve been using the gym a lot and the rooftop bbq area which are awesome. Management has been very easy to reach whenever I’ve had a question. Really happy I decided to move here.Review from Apartments.com
