    Everything seems to run incredibly smoothly here, the staff is hands-off but always extremely prompt in the case of maintenance or anything else. Extremely professional, beautiful apartment units, fantastic location and a really great and secure place to live, especially relative to many buildings in the area.

  • Safety has been slipping

    November 26, 2021
    I have loved the building and area since moving here but the security has been slipping. Anyone can get in without much hassle which is problematic. A few weeks back, I caught someone testing doorknobs (mine included) and was unable to get ahold of anyone to notify them. Just the other night (11/24) there was an apartment building on the pool deck that allegedly took multiple gun shots - thankfully no one was hurt, but there are some serious security issues that need to be addressed.
