The management are always kind and helpful with any problems that came up. The maintenance staff are fast to respond and assisted with fixing a problem with our air conditioning and washer. Security deposit is NOT refunded
November 14, 2023I moved out of the partment around 1 month ago and while I was waiting to get my $500 deposit check I got an email that I should pay additional $192! I returned the apartment in a very clean condition with no damage to the apartment. I have taken photos when I moved-in and moved out as well as saved screenshot of the move-in form.Property Manager Responded

No parking spaces available
March 22, 2022Nice luxury apartment with swimming pool and gym. I've been living here for 6 months. It's very unfortunate that they've rented out all of the regular parking spaces and only shifters are available. If you do not like to put your car on a shifter, you may not want to choose this apartment.Property Manager Responded

Excellent Property - Love the Staff!
August 14, 2021Relocated for work and I just moved in and I am happy to say that MV Apartments feels like home. The entire staff always greets me with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems or questions that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are soon to be open 24/7 as is the pool. I love the convenience of the elevator and the gated & secure covered parking garage is really high tech with mini ...electrical auto chargers and auto lifts. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood close to my work, train station and VTA 1 block away.Property Manager Responded
