Best landlord I ever had
June 1, 2023I am thinking about moving if everything goes ok with my application BUT my reasons for moving are because I've had 2 strokes and need to be closer to cleveland clinic and my children and also because my father was murdered in this town years ago and it is effecting my mental health in an extremely bad way but I have to say that Chuck the owner is THE BEST, he is the best landlord I have ever had out of all the places I have rented from, he fixes things that needs fixed on time and never ...hesitates and he is just all around totally awesome, I have really enjoyed living here with the exception of my dad being murdered in this town, if I could pick this complex up and move it and keep Chuck as my landlord I'd do it in a heartbeat.... He has also let me paint and add upgrades to my apartment, I never asked for the money for the upgrades because I am renting so that's to be expected but once again, this is a very nice place to live, nice cute looking apartments and most people here are friendly but I stay away from everyone because I do not need any apartment complex drama.... I don't think you would be disappointed living here, as long as you pay your rent on time and mind your p's and q's then you won't have any problems...Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 3, 2019I lived here for 8 years. I never missed a rent payment. After moving out they refused to give me my security deposit back. This place is FULL of MOLD and they cover it up by painting over it. Look at the ceilings their disgusting. Do not rent from these scum lords they will not give you your security deposit back.Review from Apartments.com

September 5, 2018This has to be the worst run place I have ever lived at!!! Me and my fiancé lived her for 4 years and paid consistently never late always in time, he kept saying how amazing we were and how much he loved up then all of a sudden he said that we didn’t pay rent! Out of nowhere!! I gave him the money order number and receipt and all of a sudden he has no record of it. Horribly run place, everything is broken, half of the plugs don’t work not to mention the bugs and mice!! You’re lucky if he even ...calls you back to come and fix something. Over priced and run down trust me take you’re money elsewhere you’ll get a WAY better deal!!Property Manager Responded
March 21, 2019I had to evict these people to get them out. The apartment was a filthy mess and was so dirty the mice were sleeping in the front allcove. They did not pay the rent and produced no receipt at the court room eviction hearing. I have owned this complex for over 20 years and am full always. Good luck to their next landlord.

September 8, 2017Owners very money hungry, you'll never get deposit back, if you put up grades in such as I did with there permission with the understanding you will get reinburst you can for get that, as landlords they both are a joke, the wireing in the building is very old, just a matter of time before there is a fire.
