        The MW Lofts leasing office management and maintenance team takes care of resident issues or concerns promptly. They particularly take extra measures to ensure the safety of your pets in the case they need to enter your unit while you are unavailable on site. Repair work on my bathroom ceiling leak was completed within a reasonable time and accommodations were arranged for the use of an available unit's restroom while my own could not be used. Happy with my stay so far!

        MW Lofts is a modern, beautiful, peaceful, well-maintained community with kind, courteous, and responsive support staff that's perfectly located close to all of the best bits of Old Town, while still tucked away enough to feel cozy and private. I toured dozens of apartment complexes in the area before I found MW Lofts and when I first set foot on the property I could immediately tell that this place was something special. Delighted to be a part of the community!

        These apartments are overpriced for the quality of the structure. The cleaning staff are nice. The management staff are rude, disrespectful, entitled, and unhelpful. You will never get anyone on the phone to file any complaint with. You have to email management and will never get a response.

        I really enjoy the neighborhood and living at MW. The space is brand new, well designed, and impressive. The neighborhood is accessible, safe, and has plenty of options. The X-factor is the professional service offered by Marissa and Diana. MW is the perfect place for me as a working professional who prefers easy urban living in a safe environment.

      • Surprise fees

        August 31, 2023
        I toured this apartment. While it was nice, I wanted to make sure I had enough parking spots and the lease terms were correct. I was told to start filling out my application while they get back to me. I did not complete, the application, pay the fee, or submit the application. They emailed me a couple times asking me if I wanted to still apply and I said no. Fast forward a month later, and I have a debt collection agency contacting me saying I owe an application fee (for an application I never ...
        submitted). No one at MW lofts is able to do anything about it since they say its "outside their department." Point is, if you so much tour this apartment, they will try and collect an application fee for you by any means necessary, even if it means sending you to collections and going after your credit report. Buyer beware.
