Horrible stay away
April 25, 2023This place is run down, and roach infested. Morgan is a liar. $300 electric bill no matter what you do. They do not maintain the common areas. Its nasty frankly. We are going to move out even though the cost of doing so is extraordinary!!Review from Apartments.com

There is always many improvements made to the property to keep things staying nice. I am very happy with my choice in moving to this community. Disappointed
June 28, 2021The pool is now closed due to renovations. Why not do that before it hit 100 degree weather? The solution to my shower leaking is for the new neighbors upstairs to just not use theirs. Now our bathroom has been leaking due to a massive leak upstairs. Again, they just moved in. Maintenance had the nerve to say I may have to pay for it because i waited 2 days to report it. I figured my son overflowed the toilet but I was wrong so I called the on call maintenance. I could tell I irritated him. They ...cracked my brand new washer when our pipes busted. They would not come fix the patio until I said I was not going to pay rent. I miss the old management. I used to love it here but now, there are just a bunch of excuses why nothing gets fixed.Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2021Love my apartment. I've lived here for a good while now and can see some good changes happening. Mrs. Delilah and her staff are amazing. Yes the complex is going though some changes but it's for our benefit. I've never had a bad experience. I do recommend MacArthur park. September 18, 2015This is my second year here and it had been my home away from my actual home. The front staff is really helpful esp Cindy . They treat you like a family and address every request very seriously. The only downside is roaches. We have had it since we moved into the second unit this year. And despite so many attempts from their side and ours it's still prevailing. So now everytime I see a roach I reach for raid ;).Review from Apartments.com

July 22, 2015If your looking for convenience and economical place to live then Macarthur Park Apartments is your new home. located right in the middle of metro-plex but still has that family feel. No vehicle no problem within walking distance to shopping and lots of of eating places and it is right on the metro bus line. The staff is friendly and personable and ensure that all your needs are met. although the complex is small it has all the amenities of a large complex; onsite laundry facilities neatly ...tucked into each the apartment building, a large sized pool and a fitness center.
