Rats, roaches, mosquitoes—this place has it all. Maintenance rides around doing nothing, the whole complex smells terrible, parking is awful, and management seems more interested in keeping tenants than fixing problems. This shouldn’t be an apartment complex; it barely feels livable.

Since moving in, I've had to deal with a BAD roach infestation that has made living here uncomfortable and unpleasant. To add to the issues, there's also a constant water leak coming from the AC vent. These are not small problems they’ve impacted my quality of life. Maintenance is never done. Water issues at least once a month. Hot water runs out all the time. Ceiling leaks when it rains, and they only fix the roof not the holes in the apartment. Roaches and rats. Rude staff.

Maintenance requests are not performed in a timely manner. Parking is non-existent, eapecially after 6 or 7 pm. packages go missing and may or may not show up a month or two later. Management is very disorganized, uneducated, and rude. The only ones that are nice are Daniela and Ana Maria (the latter of whom no longer works here). At the beginning of 2018 they changed payment policy to pass on all fees to tenants regardless of what the rental contract said. In order to get tenants to comply, ...
they use coercive tactics such as sending notices to vacate and threatening to evict. In my case, they filed for eviction by making a false statement to the court when I was following my rental contract which stated to pay rent at the management office on the very first page. These folks, including their customer care department, have no regard the rental contract if it does not line up with whatever policies they decide to implement. Needless to say that the judge threw their case out in less than 2 minutes. I didn't even have to talk in court. By far the worst folks I have ever dealt with at an apartment complex. Better Business Bureau rating: F (0 points). Only positive aspect is cheap rent, but absolutely not worth it. Zero stars.
