September 26, 2015These are great apartments for 55 yrs. and older! The building is extremely secure, you must have a code to get in. All different floor planes. Lower level fully equipped kitchen, with a large dining area for entertaining family and friends. There are 2 large common areas fully furnished with TV and library. The apartments are located directly across from Mercy hospital. There are 2 great public transportation services in the area. Downtown area is on the Riverfront. July 21, 2015I Love my apartment, it is very spacious for a 1 bedroom. Open Layout. I love the town, you do not need a car as most things are within walking distance and there is great public transportation. Directly across the street from Mercy Doctors Bldg. and Hospital. The rent is extremely reasonable. There is a full kitchen, library, and 2 living rooms with TV's.Totally secure you need code to enter bldg. Lots of Wineries in area, open all year long.
