April 4, 2025The apartment amenities are very nice. The apartments are spacious, but are nothing special. Parking is limited so please don’t be a couple with two cars bc someone is going to be left searching for parking at night. For the amount of money they charge monthly, you would think they would’ve put concrete in between the floors and walls. All I hear are my Hispanic neighbors parting and people stomping over my head and lots of my neighbors that I’ve met and become close with over time have the same ...complaints and management doesn’t address the issues. Maintenance is kinda rude and they find any and every reason to come in and “inspect” things. It’s kinda weird. The office staff is friendly but their bookkeeping lacks because I have had to complain several times about “charges” on my acct that shouldn’t be there. I was hoping to find this place as a long term housing solution but I’m grateful my lease is quickly coming to an end so I can move. Best of luck if you rent here.Property Manager Responded

December 11, 2024I moved into the Madamore apartments in February, and my experience has been disappointing. When I first arrived, I noticed several issues: the bathroom door had soap scum, and the stove was not properly cleaned, leaving a residue. Despite these initial concerns, I settled in and tried to make the best of my stay. Unfortunately, my experience worsened over time. After unexpectedly losing my job, I reached out to the leasing office for assistance but received no support. I understand the need for ...policies, but their handling lacked empathy or flexibility. For instance, they apply a $115 late fee immediately after the first of the month and another around the 10th if rent remains unpaid. Although I managed to secure help from outside resources and catch up on rent, I faced further challenges in November when I was late again. The leasing office not only added two late fees but also filed for eviction. To avoid this, I inquired about breaking my lease and was told I would need to pay two months’ rent plus any outstanding balance. We agreed that if I moved out by the 25th of the month, the eviction proceedings would stop. Upon moving out, I ensured the apartment was clean and in good condition. However, when I reviewed my final balance, I was surprised to see additional charges, including a $75 cleaning fee, a $35 fee for a broken door handle, and a $1,515 lease termination fee. I spoke with Jason in the leasing office, who agreed to remove the cleaning fee but refused to adjust the charge for the door handle, even though maintenance had recently replaced the locks. Adding to my frustrations, I was charged $600 for a stove replacement back in august after the original stove malfunctioned and the glass broke. I was not at fault for the malfunction, yet I was held financially responsible, which felt unfair and unwarranted. Safety was another major concern during my stay. My boyfriend’s car was stolen, and I personally witnessed a break-in at the complex. While I reported the incident, no action was taken. The only positive aspect of my experience was the maintenance team, which was always prompt and helpful. However, the leasing office staff was often unresponsive, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a response to my inquiries.Property Manager Responded

Very simple and straightforward process!

smooth and easy!
March 19, 2023Brandon assisted me through the leasing process before I moved in from out of state and it was really smooth and easy sailing from there! I did a tour through FaceTime and what I saw was exactly what I got - no surprises. Very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process and does not make you feel like you’re bothering or asking too many questions. The property itself has so many wonderful and clean amenities that besides the apt, there’s plenty around! Familiarized myself with the area ...using google maps to see what was around me and very easy as well. An Excited, New Tenant
March 4, 2023Moving here in June! So excited to call this beautiful location my home. Brandon gave me my tour and had phenomenal communication during the process. The facility is gorgeous with different options for a layout and is reasonably priced compared to other locations I toured in the area. Great management and building to live in.
May 21, 2021I truly did love my time loving at Madamore. The management was ok at first (didn’t respond to emails) but then they got new management and they are awesome!! I loved the gym with a tv so I could put on any work out. I loved the mail room that kept packages safe during the day. The is secure and safe. The apartments are very nice with a ton of kitchen and bathroom storage. Only started having problems when my husband moved in with me. They only allow one car in the parking lot for a one bedroom ...so he had to park on the side streets and was hit by a drunk driver who totaled his car. Let me tell you... there are so many accidents on Whetsel and cars are always hitting parked cars not sure why! If you’re living alone then the parking won’t be an issue.Property Manager Responded
