    I have found that people here at Maddox Hills are very friendly and thoughtful. I feel I live in a very safe environment. Staff is always considerate and offer assistance as required. My neighbors are wonderful. I live in a beautiful apartment and I’m happy to be here.

    It’s a very nice place to live in. The management is very receptive and welcoming. Maintenance crew responds pretty fast and they’re also available all the time for emergency situations.

    I have loved living here. The staff is easy to work with and maintenance is super quick to respond and fix any issues. I spend a ton of time at the pool, and feel so at home here. Best place I’ve lived so far!

    Have had cars broken into, neighbours messing with my property, things stole out of my backyard and very terrible communication with the staff.

    I have been leaving here for a month and a half and I love living on my apartment. The residents are friendly and the environment is very peaceful. I enjoyed all our amenities and my son loves the game room when we can play together for a little bit when I go to pick up my mail at the mailroom. l Love the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance service is great. I requested it twice and I got my problem solved.

    The management staff is excellent. The apartment is gorgeous.I would recommend this complex to anyone. Management generally care about you as a resident and want you to enjoy your living experience. They make move-in very easy and seamless. The amenities are excellent as well.

    So far, so great! Very grateful to be living in this great community ? The apartment is beautiful, the staff is so kind, and the maintenance is top tier. I heard that there have been car burglaries, but haven't experienced it myself.
