Communication with tenants is lacking
July 1, 2023I put in a work order request on a Saturday morning. Apparently no one works in the leasing office on Saturday and apparently work orders are not handled on weekends except for emergencies. I was unaware of this as no one contacted me. A simple phone call would have been courteous. Communication between the leasing office and the tenants is somewhat lacking.Review from Apartments.com
Quiet community
March 10, 2020I have lived here it’ll be five years in June and I love my little apartment/sanctuary. I love that there is a security code to get into the building. The neighbors are friendly. There’s no assigned parking and you can find a parking space. When Maintenance get a request they are usually on it within a day or two at the latest. The office manager is easily accessible and I love that about him. I do recommend Madeira Apartments.Property Manager Responded
