August 10, 2018This place is revolting! Human urine, trash, nasty clothing, pet waist, syringes, domestic violace, filth. The owners should be embarrassed of this place I don't know how they recieve federal funding. No security and people walk the halls strung out on dope all hours of the night. You can't walk out your door without strangers in the building asking for money, smokes, food etc..The roaches are horrible. Homeless leave food in the hallways and when you walk by the roaches scatter everywhere. It ...was a clean building last year when the man that worked here as manager cleaned the building up but now that he has gone its revolting. December 20, 2017I could of give this place a 5 star couple of months ago when they had a guy there as a mananger. He worked his @$$ off to get this place a mess left by previous manager(Nadya)...... he cleaned all the drug dealers and shady people out of this place. But !!!!! Couple of weeks ago SHE CAME BACK!!!! Can’t believe that this management company is so disappointing can’t beilieve they fired the previous manager to bring this shady manager back to manage this place !!! She manages cash! rents the ...laundry room and lobby areas to homeless people for $10/ night per head !!! This place is becoming back to its old days wen she was here !! November 1, 2017Been living here for two months now and I love it. It’s been a really quite complex giving the area where it’s located. The manager is a great person always attentive to details and always there when you need him. The manager and the maintenance guys are always on top of things !!!Review from Apartments.com
