They're a CONSTRUCTION Site
March 10, 2020This place is a joke!!! Way overpriced, maintenance people of Lexington Management smoking cigarettes in the road where you enter. These are not close to being ready to live in, super expensive considering how poorly reviewed this company is! Good luck filling these units, not worth going to see.Property Manager Responded
April 14, 2020Hello, thank you for letting us know of your concerns. Any apartment community that is newly built will have a building ready usually one a time, and will move new renters in as each are completed. Most people understand that by getting a brand new apartment, that means there will be a time of construction. We understand if that isn't something you're comfortable with. We have other locations in Hobart that are completed if that is your preference! Madeira is a smaller, quaint community tucked into a wooded area with really pretty water views, too. We had the first building ready to rent as of mid-March, and will be completed by mid-July. We appreciate you letting us know about the smoking and have taken action to remedy. We wish you all the best!
