April 28, 2018So LARAMAR GROUP took over and is trying to jack up rent by over $125 in the MIDDLE of our lease. The apartment had bugs when we moved in and they said pest control would be here every Monday. They have only been here one time since we moved in. The office has been closed for 2 days so we cant even get a copy of our lease.Review from Apartments.com
ok for what you pay
January 17, 2018getting you trash to the dumpster is a serious issue as one dumpster is for all the apartments and it is always full. most of the units are infested with roaches and pest control never does their job properly. it also feels like they bleed your wallet dry with extra fees and bills. the apartments are pretty comfortable though, and if you get one on lake side, the view is beautiful. Worst Living Situation
August 18, 2017This is by far the worst living situation I've ever been in. Like previously stated, the complex is full of insects and you are held responsible. The maintenance staff will come to your apartment without prior 24hour notice. My lease is nearly over and the things I've said that need to be fixed or replace STILL has not been replaced or fixed. The apartment is way over priced for its location and the office staff is rude and I've witness one watch the phone ring and not answer. One dumpster for ...all the units and it's ALWAYS overflowing. A dusting sight to be completely honest. The only thing that is worth living here is how quiet it is. Even through the summer. I rarely heard kids running and screaming. June 13, 2017THESE APARTMENTS ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORSE, THEY ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND SOME OF THE UNITS ARE INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. WHICH THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU, THEY WILL MAKE YOU SIGN A PAPER INFORMING YOU THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BED BUGS IF THEY APPEAR WHEN THE UNITS ARE ALREADY INFESTED. THE OFFICE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE, NOBODY KNOWS HOW TO FIX ANYTHING, THEY HAVE ONE DUMPSTER FOR ALL OF THE UNITS AND WILL TELL YOU TO ONLY TAKE YOUR TRASH OUT BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9AM AND 4PM AND IF ...THE TRASH IS FULL TAKE YOUR TRASH BACK TO YOUR HOUSE AND WAIT FOR THE DUMPSTER TO BE CLEAR. SO THEY WANT YOU TO KEEP TRASH IN YOUR APARTMENT BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO DO THEIR JOBS OR THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 50.00 FOR TAKING YOUR TRASH TO THE DUMPSTER AND LEAVING IT THERE.
