I’ve had a great experience at Madera Apartments. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a peaceful atmosphere. The apartments are modern and the amenities are excellent. The staff has been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to live in Santa Fe, I highly recommend Madera.

Heard every step of the tenant above me as well as some arguments. Poorly built and maintained. Had no A/C for months and was told it was fine. Bathroom fan never turns off. In the middle of nowhere. Hated ever second there.
