July 14, 2025We have only lived here for a few weeks and don't really have a great experience to share just yet. The only positive so far has been the maintenance men being patient and trying his best to get everything fixed up. I do like the layout of the apartments and the pool/gym amenities when I toured, but haven't had the chance to use either cause the gym went under construction and we've been too stressed about our electricity not working to enjoy the pool. Staff is nice, but may be understaffed to ...cause a struggle with answering the phones (I get it, I've been there with reception), but it's frustrating on the side of trying to be the one to call.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 27, 2025Madera Ridge is a really nice apartment complex facility, they are secure feeling and the community had been pretty good overall. The apartments are remodeled too which is nice. They are very bad at getting back to people if you have office questions though. Apon moving in, there were several things wrong which was shocking. You pay a hefty fee when you move in and the rent is high so it was sad with the amount of issues we encountered when we moved into the apartment. Other than that, we like it ...so far. The guy who lives above us is mean and unfriendly which sucks, but we can ignore him for the most part.Property Manager Responded

January 30, 2024You may or may not experience: - Management using your electricity on your meter without reimbursement - Needing to vacate the entire unit for 24-48 hours for "renovations". - Needing to rearrange the entire unit for 24-48 hours for "renovations". - Needing to relocate any pets for 24-48 for "renovations and repairs". - Guests being towed for parking in the "free guest parking" that isn't free. - Receiving a new letter on your door every other week about the next upcoming "renovations" you need ...to make accommodations for. -They may cut down and remove more of the vegetation around the complex in order to save money on future maintenance. The complex was filled with trees in 2022 and since have been removed to save for future repair costs.Property Manager Responded
