I have lived here for about 7 months and it is amazing! Brand new appliances, responsive property management, and even a pool! It has all the amenities and is in a perfect spot between two universities.

My husband and I moved from New Jersey back in May when the apartments first opened and the leasing agent was informative and super accommodating. I enjoy the amenities such as the pool in the summer time and it is always kept clean. I also like the doggy service stations located around the property to maintain a clean environment. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

Great apartment with a spacious interior! I was very happy to find a reasonably priced pet-friendly housing option in Christiansburg that is convenient to shopping/dining and hopping on the interstate. The community is quiet with a pool and space to walk your dog. Highly recommend.

Great Area

I picked this complex based on its location. It is located in a quieter area and I can drive up the road still to the retail stores, mall, and some fast food options. And at the same time, a reasonable distance for me to get to VT’s campus on the weekdays and avoid any heavier traffic on the weekends due to football.

Moved into a 1 bedroom apartment at the Madison Apartments this year and have had a great experience. The apartment itself was built very nicely, and has been a comfortable living experience. The leasing office and maintenance has been helpful in assisting me with any concerns I’ve had in a timely manner. Has a well maintained gym and pool. Would recommend living in the apartments if seeking a nice apartment in Christiansburg.
