Noise, rudeness, small, not luxury
May 24, 2024Rude management that only wishes to belittle their prisoners. Roof leaks poor construction. Elevator breaks only one elevator per building. Terrible maintenance crew! Virtually no sound reduction. Terrible shopping Giant is hard to travel to and Shoprite who leases from Madison (they have a relationship with KRE) has Terrible parking and too expensive. Washer and dryers are retail rejects that fail to operate. Cheapo kitchens.. can hear neighbors slam the cabinets closed. Balcony vert small ...water all over when rains. Can see those above and below through the deck boards. Too many dogs cannot walk on ANY grass. Hallways smell! Trash collection is terrible...Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 9, 2022Maintenance Crew is still the BEST! David, Obadiah, Nelson and the rest of the crew are fantastic, always very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Val in the office is phenomenal and I honestly don't know what they would do without her. As for resident complaints? Should you have any, don't waste your time contacting property management because any and ALL complaints will be be ignored. February 24, 2021Easy rental process. Charlotte was very helpful all along at the leasing office. Very clean building with strict no smoking policy. Terrific location. Luxury style apartment at an affordable price
April 24, 2020It is a great place to live for families who need walking distance to essential businesses and walking paths for daily exercise. Perks include elevator, safe secure community, management service, lots of parking spaces, spacious living quarters, new kitchen appliances, central air, lots of windows, playground, daily valet trash service, and convenient driving distance from downtown Easton and Bethlehem. July 8, 2018Pros -Newer -Decently priced -Pool -Deck Now for the most important things Cons -Kitchens on inside units get no natural light, it’s always dark unless you use a light -2 barbecues for the entirety of the complex, which has at least 12 buildings, which seemingly are always broken and crowded. -Room that is connected to deck also has maintenance room next to it, so in the summers it’s always freezing cold in the room and vice verse. -Cats required to be declawed - nice and humane! -Can not ...move to another apartment in the complex even if you want one that is completely different than yours due to the factor that it is considered a lateral move.
